Dentist Using 3D Printer

3D Modelling.

3D Modelling is another skill that I have developed throughout my project work. 3D printing and cardboard modelling are the techniques that I have used to gather more understanding of the scale and dimensions of my products.

Outdoor Mug.

For this project, I 3D printed a model of my proposed design before committing to a full CAD. This helped me interact with the design and understand that the size of my handle wasn't big enough.

Drill Handle.

*This is a current on-going project *

So far, I have 3D printed the various designs of the handle of my drill design to help decide which size and design is the most comfortable and suitable for the user.

Food Blender.

For this project, I built a cardboard model of my overall concept to enable human interface and interaction to occur before full CAD commitment. Placement of buttons, size of handle and overall height was explored.
